Following the death of Abdulkarim lbnNa-Allah by unknown gunmen at his apartment in Kaduna, the Kaduna Police Command stated it has launched a full-scale investigation.
“The Command has received an unfortunate report of the assassination of Captain. Abdulkarim Ibn Na-Allah ‘M’ 36 years and a son to Senator Bala Ibn Na-Allah,” the command said in a press release made available to journalists in Kaduna by command image maker, Assistant Superintendent of Police ASP, Muhammed Jalige.
According to the allegation, the assassins forced their way into the deceased’s home on Umar Gwandu Road in Malali, Kaduna during the night, choked him to death in cold blood, and fled with his Lexus SUV to an unknown destination.
The deceased was a pilot by profession until his untimely death, not an army captain as several media outlets have claimed.
He went on to say that the Command is extremely grieved by the event and sends its condolences to the bereaved family, adding that Commissioner of Police Abdullahi Mudassiru has since ordered a full-scale investigation to uncover the identity of the perpetrators and bring them to justice. To comply with the directive, detectives are currently turning over every stone.
“The Command is seeking information from the general public that will aid in determining the cause of this tragedy and proactively averting a similar unfortunate situation in the future.”
