Ramadan: Jigawa Legislature Disburses Food Items, Cash to 1,351 Orphans, Others

HOTPEN – No fewer than 1,351 less privileges and political groups benefited from the Ramadan gesture distributed by member representing Hadejia constituency Jigawa state house of assembly Hon Barrister Abubakar Jallo.
The beneficiaries included 300 orphanage house holds and 40 disable who were given food I teams aimed at assisting them to feed their family in this holy month, however 324 wards party executives benefited with similar gesture.
Also 452 women and youth as well as 200 party members received the cash gifts from N5,000 to N30,000 each
Speaking at the occasion for the distribution of the Ramadan larger, held in Hadejia, Hon Abubakar Jallo said, the gift is aimed at assisting the beneficiaries to feed their family in this holy month of Ramadan.
Hon Jallo also narrated number of constituency projects and other projects he woes to the constituency that impacted positively in transforming public life to a better one.
He commended governor Muhammad Badaru of the state for his approval and executing all the projects that he is proud to have brought to the constituency, described the Governor as a mentor and a reliable leader whose leadership style is worth emulation any where in the world.
He urged the beneficiaries to use the period of the Ramadan to pray for the nation’s unity, peace, progress and development.
Speaking on behalf of the orphanage households, Hajia Aisha Garba expressed their appreciation to the lawmaker and urged him to continue with his effort in assisting humanity.
