HOTPEN –Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubukar of Jigawa State has approved the appointment of Twelve new Permanent Secretaries to fill the vacancies in the State Civil Service.
This was contained in a statement signed by the State Head of the Civil Service, Alhaji Hussaini Ali Kila and was disclosed to HOTPEN
The statement revealed that the successful Directors elevated to the position of Permanent Secretaries are Isah Garba Dallah, Yusuf Mukaddas, Musa Ibrahim Adaha, Adamu Saleh, Engineer Garba Ya’u, Abba Mustapha Yola.
Others are, Muhammad T Yunusa, Abdu Garba Dutse, Dr. Kabiru Ibrahim Aliyu, Aminu Adamu Ringim, Muhammad Iliya and Ibrahim Tijjani Babura.
Similarly, the Governor also approved the appointment of Shehu A. Kaila as new Auditor General, Local Government Audit.
According to Alhaiji Hussaini, The appointment of the new Auditor General, Local Government Audit is subject to a confirmation by the Jigawa State House of Assembly.
“The appointment of the new Permanent Secretaries is purely on merit, competency, personal integrity and seniority” he explained
The State Head of the Civil Service noted that all the appointments are to take place with immediate effect.
