Dr. Babangida Hussaini (Walin Kazaure), Senatorial Candidate of All Progressives Congress for Jigawa North West has assured his constituents that they will enjoy better representation than ever before if elected into the red chamber.
Speaking shortly after casting his votes at his polling unit in Kazaure, Babangida Hussaini said he is aware of the problems of basic and social amenities bedeviling his senatorial district, added that he will focus on presenting bills that will impact the lives of the electorates who voted him into power.
Babangida explained that he will decisively address the issue of drugs addiction through presenting a bill to uplift the morale of NDLEA as an agency saddled with a responsibility to tackle with the menace of drugs. “Drug abuse among our teeming youth will be a things of the past if elected, I will make sure this will be among my first priorities”. He stressed.
He stated further that youths will be provided with better job opportunities and empowerment to be self reliant, noted that, this will curtail high level of restiveness among teeming youth.
Walin Kazaure commended INEC for introducing BVAS means of voting which has ease rigging and equally enable electorates to exercise their frachaize hitch free in their respective polling units.
According to him, since he emerged as senatorial candidate of Jigawa North West he discouraged the issue of political thuggery, warned politicians to shun thuggery and focus on satisfying the yearning and aspirations of their electorates.
