Sen. Kabiru Garba Marafa has urged electorates to vote for APC gubernatorial candidate also the incumbent governor of Zamfara state Hon. Bello Mohammed Matawalle in the upcoming governorship election.
Marafa made the call at a town hall meeting with APC supporters in Gusau Monday.
According to him, the call was imperative considering the fact that APC is only the party that can take the state to greater level.
“The call is mandatory as APC now is a ruling party in the country and we have to strive and ensure the party’s victory in the forthcoming governorship election in Zamfara state”. He said
Sen. Marafa appealed to members of APC in the state to remain law abiding citizens during election and beyond and refrain any forms of violence that could cause unrest during governorship election for the success of APC in the state.
According to him, APC now is one umbrella in the state, stressing that the party will not condone any political instability among members during election.
