In his determination to eradicate all forms of Crimes and Criminality bedeviling the State, Zamfara state police commandant CP. Mohammed Bunu has Tuesday paid an operational tour of inspection to Central,Tudun wada and Damba Divisions in Gusau the state capital.
This is contained in a statement made available to Hotpen signed by the command public relations officer Asp Yazid Abubakar.
The visit according to the statement was to interact with critical Stakeholders and members of the public on topical issues.
Cp Bunu, in his opening remarks, appreciated the members of the public for finding time to respond to his invitation due to their tight schedules.
He encouraged the officers and members of the public to join hands together and confront the challenges. Soliciting for vital and timely information.
He further appealed to members of the public to promptly report any suspicious person (s) to the security agencies for prompt action.
He stressed the need for people to be their brothers’ keepers.
Meanwhile, the Stakeholders and members of the public welcomed the Commissioner of Police and said that his visit would act as a moral boaster to them and assured the Command their maximum cooperation.
