Former Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has nominated his Ex-Deputy, Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna for ministrial appointment from Kano state.
Hotpen has authoritatively gathered that, Ganduje has already submitted the name of his former Deputy and the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate for the 2023 Governorship election, Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna, for a ministerial appointment.
Some media had reported about Ganduje’s name being dropped ministerial appointment to APC national chairman, it was however revealed that President Bola Tinubu requested him to nominate suitable candidates from Kano.
The development has burry the speculations about the non-inclusion of Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna among the ministerial list, which is expected to emanate soon at the National Assembly.
A reliable source disclosed that Former Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, who is the possible successor of Abdullahi Adamu, the National Chairman of the APC, was reported to have submitted the names of Engineer Rabiu Suleiman Bichi and former Secretary to Kano State Government, Alhaji Usman Alhaji, for consideration as federal board appointments.
