The Jigawa State Governor, Malam Umar A Namadi has approved the appointment of 6 Technical Advisers.
In a statement signed and made available to Hotpen in Dutse by the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Malam Bala Ibrahim, said the new Technical Advisers are:
1. Dr. Risilan Abdul’aziz Kanya
Technical Adviser on ICT and Digital Economy
2. Malam Isah sirajo
Technical Adviser on Health
3. Dr. Saifullahi Umar
Technical Adviser on Agriculture
4. Dr. Muharaz Muhammad Nasir
Technical Adviser on Environment
5. Engr Dr. Surajo A. Musa
Technical Adviser on Power and Renewable Energy
6. Dr. Abdullahi Dogo Abubukar
Technical Adviser on Education
Malam Bala Ibrahim said the appointment of the new Technical Advisers was based on merit, competence and personal integrity.
He urged the appointees to work diligently for sound execution of the present administration’s policies, programmes and projects.
“It is your responsibility to show to good people of the State that you are indeed serving an administration that would excelled in many human endeavours. So you have every reason to work very hard” the statement said.
The SSG also urged them to be good ambassadors of Governor Namadi’s administration, wherever they found themselves, within and outside the State.
The statement said all the appointments take immediate effect.
