Governor Malam Umar A. Namadi, has approved the re-appointment of DIG Uba Bala Ringim (Rtd) as the Chairman, Jigawa State Local Government Service Commission for additional four years.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State, Malam Bala Ibrahim.
The SSG disclosed that, the re-appointment of the appointee is based on the remarkable achievements he recorded during his first tenure in office.
It could be recalled that, the Jigawa State House of Assembly had screened and unanimously confirmed the re-appointment of the appointee during its sitting on Wednesday 31st July, 2024 equivalent to 25thth Muharram, 1446AH.
“While congratulating the appointee, it is hoped that, he would double his effort to justify the confidence reposed in him and put in his best towards the development of the State” the SSG said.
The re-appointment takes effect from July 14, 2024.
