The Federal Republic of Nigeria is facing an unprecedented crisis. Rampant inflation and hunger have taken hold, exacerbating the already dire security situation. Amidst this turmoil, the recent increase in fuel prices has delivered a devastating blow to the Nigerian people.
We, the Grassroot Care and Aid Foundation GCAF , under the leadership of Amb Auwalu Muhd Danlarabawa categorically reject this price hike and demand immediate action from the government to reduce fuel prices. The current situation is unacceptable, and the consequences are dire. People are losing their lives daily due to economic hardship, insecurity, and the inability to access basic necessities.
We urge the Federal Republic of Nigeria to consider the plight of its citizens and take swift action to:
- Reduce fuel prices to a reasonable and affordable level.
- Address the root causes of inflation and implement effective economic policies.
- Prioritize the welfare and security of all Nigerians.
We call on international organizations, human rights groups, and global leaders to support our demand for fuel price reduction in Nigeria. Together, we can make a difference and alleviate the suffering of the Nigerian people.
Join us in this urgent appeal and demand justice for the people of Nigeria.
