2027: Mallam Madori/Kaugama Constituents Affirns Hon. Makki Yalleman As MHR for 3rd term

Sequel to the nationwide announcement by the All Progressives Congress regarding the conduct of primaries and affirmations for House of Representatives candidates, the people of Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency in Jigawa State have successfully conducted the affirmation of their candidate for the 2027 general election.

The affirmation exercise followed the recent consensus reached by party stakeholders and members across the constituency, which endorsed the member representing Mallammadori/Kaugama Federal Constituency, Hon. Makki Abubakar Yalleman, to recontest for a third term in office.

Addressing the mammoth crowd of party supporters and members who gathered from various wards across Mallammadori and Kaugama Local Government Areas, the state party affirmation committee confirmed and officially affirmed Hon. Makki Abubakar Yalleman as the agreed candidate to contest under the platform of the APC in the 2027 general election.

The committee, chaired by Adamu Garba, with Isah Usman serving as Secretary and Ali Ubah Gumel as member, declared the affirmation process successful and peaceful.
In his remarks, Hon. Makki Abubakar Yalleman, who is also the Chairman, House Committee on Police Affairs, expressed profound gratitude to Umar Namadi, party leaders, stakeholders, and the good people of Mallammadori and Kaugama for giving him the opportunity and confidence to seek a third term in office.

He assured the people of his continued commitment to quality representation, youth empowerment, infrastructural development, educational support, and the overall progress of the constituency.

In their separate votes of thanks, the APC Local Government Chairmen of Mallammadori and Kaugama, Tanko Garungabas and Shuaibu Girbobo, appreciated all party members and supporters who attended the occasion and contributed to the success of the exercise.

Among those in attendance were the Executive Chairman of Mallammadori Local Government, Hon. Salisu Sani Garungabas, the Executive Chairman of Kaugama Local Government, Masaki Usman Dansule, and the member representing Kaugama Constituency in the Jigawa State House of Assembly, Sani Saleh Zaburan, alongside several party stalwarts, community leaders, and supporters.
