The needs for growth and development in inclusive approach, coupled with the desire for human capital development informed the need for democracy that will ensure the sustained improvements of the people at all levels, and at all times. Politics is thus, a tool for progress and furtherance of the entire quantum of human values.
Jigawa is standing high and confidant these days, as traditional system of exclusion and winner carries it all has shifted to inclusion, openness, equity, and transformative approach. Mallam Umar Namadi has taken the vanguard of doing the needful at all levels to achieve greater democratic results and dividends in a seismic and diplomatic protocols in sustained and creative ideals.

He is keenly interested in positive engagements, and radical changes in education, health, agriculture, security, and infrastructural development across the state without resort to personal interests.

Leadership is all about social influence where an individual guides, inspires, and empowers others to work collaboratively toward a shared goal.
