
Jigawa Gov’t Donates 4 Toyota Vehicles to Babura Varsity

HOTPEN – Jigawa state government has donated four Toyota Camry Vehicles to the management of Federal University of Technology Babura.

Commissioner of education, science and technology, Dr. Lawan Yunusa Danzomo said Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar directed the ministry to hand over the vehicles to the University to facilitate the smooth take-off of the Institution.
The Commissioner urged principal officers of the University to work hard for the realization of the objectives behind the establishment of the institution.
Responding, the vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Sabo Ibrahim Birnin Kudu who led the management, thanked Governor Badaru Abubakar for allocating Six Hundred Hectares of land for University permanent site, in addition to the provision of the four vehicles.

He announced that, the academic programmes will commence in September 2022.

The four vehicles were allocated to the offices of vice chancellor, registrar, librarian and bursary.
