According to him the organization as a peaceful resolution promoting movement and as proven by their long outstanding researches, the planned protest is an ill wind that blows nobody any good and hence appeal for restraint to properly register their plight with the authorities concerned for dialogue for viable lasting solutions.
“Nobody is in darkness about the fact that due to our long standing insecurity our country is awash with illegally possessed firearms and overrun by unprecedented criminalities in the history of our nation following on which is also a great deal of unemployment and hunger sufficient enough to detonate the unseen explosive in ire of this distressed populace, hence the need to exercise caution”.
Prof Jabaka pointed out that the organization in the country is oblivious of the fact that what has not been achieved by compromise can never be achieved by war and all wars’ grievances end at the round table.
“We however fully discern the plight of the public and thus rest assure the public of taking the onus to properly register their plight with the leadership of the Senate, House of Representatives and the Executive appealing for a quick intervention.”
The organization also called for a State of Emergency in food security in the nation by quickly subsidising food and other essential commodities in the country and facilitating and supporting sufficient supplies in our markets and critically look into the possibility of quickly swinging into action in restoring full and larger part of fuel subsidy.
