Former State Secretary of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) and Chairman of the CPC bloc within the ADC in Kano State, Hon. Abdullahi Dankano has commended Kano ADC gubernatorial aspirant, Ibrahim Al-Amin Little for his remarkable contributions to the growth, development, and consolidation of the party in Kano State within the last ten months of joining the party.
According to him, when Alhaji Ibrahim Ali Little, alongside his supporters, political associates, and various groups, joined the ADC after leaving the PDP, he requested membership materials from the then State Chairman, Malam Musa Ungogo, but was informed that none were available.
Following this response, Ibrahim Ali Little personally sponsored the printing of One Hundred thousand membership cards, registers and party flags, which he handed over to the party leadership to facilitate membership registration and expansion across the state.
Hon. Dankano further explained that Ibrahim Ali Little was also the only aspirant who donated ten million naira to support the purchase of membership cards from the party’s national headquarters and to assist in other party activities, while another aspirant who donated one million naira but later mounted pressure for a refund which was eventually approved and effected by the committee.

He noted that, despite certain unfavorable attitudes directed toward him, Ibrahim Little remained steadfast in his commitment and continued supporting the party wholeheartedly.
He further stated that Ibrahim Ali Little is the only ADC member who successfully established an effective party structure from the state level down to the local governments, wards, and polling units across all 44 local government areas of Kano State.
According to him, each ward within the structure contains a significant number of registered members.
He added that, particularly within the eight metropolitan local governments, some wards have no fewer than 188 active members, complete with contact details for proper coordination and identification, noting Ibrahim Little has over 200 member strong structure at the ward level.
He, therefore, called on the ADC leadership and other stakeholders to recognize and appreciate Ibrahim Little’s immense contributions by supporting his gubernatorial aspiration for the overall progress and success of the party.
Hon. Dankano also emphasized that Ibrahim Ali Little’s leadership qualities, political experience, dedication, and commitment attracted many CPC members to join the ADC alongside him.
In addition, he highlighted the welfare support consistently extended to party members across the state, especially during festive periods.
He recalled that during the last Ramadan, Ibrahim Little distributed one thousand bags of rice (50Kg), macaroni, and spaghetti to ADC members throughout Kano State as part of his humanitarian and party support initiatives.
