A former Minister of Planning and Finance, Alhaji Abubakar Alhaji, is dead.
A credible source told SolaceBase that the former Nigeria’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom died on Thursday at a hospital in Abuja.
Alhaji, who holds the title of Sardauna of Sokoto, was a long-serving Permanent Secretary who worked with various administrations in the country.
