Leotetra, a healthcare company committed to improving access to essential medicines, has donated 500 packs of Olanzapine to the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Dawanau, Kano.
In a statement signed and made available to Hotpen by the Head, Information and Protocol Unit, Asmau Salisu Gwadabe, said the donation was received by the hospital management and will be used to support patients undergoing treatment for mental health conditions at the facility.

Speaking during the handover, representatives of Leotetra reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting healthcare institutions and improving patient outcomes nationwide.
The Medical Director of the hospital,, expressed gratitude to Leotetra for the gesture, noting that the donation will help bridge gaps in medication supply and ensure continuity of care for patients.
Both organizations pledged to continue working together to advance mental health services in Nigeria.
