Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State has condoled the Governor, people of Adamawa State, and the entire nation over the death of a former super permanent secretary, Alhaji Ahmed Joda.
In a statement by the Special Adviser on Media and Public Relations, Habibu Nuhu Kila said, Governor Badaru described Alhaji Ahmed Joda as a seasoned administrator and elder statesman who excelled in both his public and private life died in the service of humanity.
According to the Governor, late Ahmed Joda who chaired the transition committee that ushered in President Buhari’s administration in 2015 is one of the finest public servants the nation produced.
He therefore on behalf of himself, the people of Jigawa State expressed his sympathy to the Governor and people of Adamawa state for the loss and prayed to Almighty to grant him eternal rest.
