Santa Youth Forms Association as Panacea to Promoting Economic, Socio-Cultural Dev

HOTPEN – In their sustained voyage to promote unity, good governance, economic and socio-cultural development as well as the general well-being of the populace, the youths in Sanga local government area of Kaduna state has on Saturday, convened a forum with the target to unify all and sundry in their claime within a single umbrella which they tagged as; Coalition for Sanga Youth Development Association.
This came to fruition on the weekend during a meeting of the youth that was devoid of tribal or religious considerations, held in Gwantu, headquarters of the Local Government Area.
The meeting also produced new caretaker officials for the youths to steer affairs of the association towards the attainment of it’s set objectives.
A Co- convener of the meeting, Mr Johnson Ambisa, while addressing the youth said the formation of the association was to provide an umbrella body that will carry all the youths along of the area with a view to chatting a new course, especially empowerment.
Mr Ambisa said the association will also foster the desired unity needed for enduring peace in the area.
Another Co- convener, Comrade Joel Abeku stressed the need for the youths to have a rallying platform to enable them share ideas that will move them forward.
Similarly, Comrade Yayandi Andrew Monday, a key stakeholder, reiterated that the association was free of political, religious and tribal affiliations.
He added that the formation of the group was to breed future leaders of the local government with selfless mindset to enhance rapid development.
Those that constituted the Caretaker committee of the association include Mr Johnson Ambisa, Chairman, Abubakar Abubakar Vice Chairman, Comrade Yayandi Andrew Monday Secretary, Mr Julius Makeri, Assistant Secretary, Comrade Joel Abeku Financial Secretary, Kande Danladi Treasurer and Mr Wuya Chris PRO.
