FOMWAN’s Ameera Urges Female Students to Wear Hijab on Daily Basis

HOTPEN – The Federation of Muslim Women’s Association of Nigeria (FOMWAN) has called on Muslim Students of Federal Government Girls college Bauchi (FGGC) to consider wearing hijab on daily basis.

Fatima Ahmed made the call yesterday when paid a visit to college as part of the world hijab day Celebration.
Hajiya Fatima Ahmed said the world hijab day started in twenty thirteen on the First of february by Nazma Khan of India.
She said they were at the school to sensitized them on the importance of Muslims women to inbibe the culture of wearing hijab at all the time.
On their parts Malama Hawwa’u Lushi and Kabeerat Abdulrazaq emphasized the need for muslim wonen to see hijab as one of the teachingsof Islam.
They noted that wearing hijab is compulsory among every Muslim women .
They stressed need for all the students to bear in their mind that their effort to wear the hijab and to teach the yougers once to end the hijab phobia in the society.
In her goodwill message the Ameera of FOMWAN Hajiya Aisha Ibrahim Kilishi commended the students attending the event and called on them to put in to practice the kwowledge they have learned during the day and to step it down to other studentsin order to end the hijab phobia.
Hajiya Aisha promised to visit the school from time to time to enable her give them moral teaching of Islam.
Speaking at the event the Ni’ibatul Ameerah of FOMWAN Hajiya Habibah Sa’ad commended the Management of the school for their support for the success of the event and urged the students to take the hijab as their defence.
In his vote of thanks on behalf of the students the patron Malam Musa thanked the Youth FOMWN for the iniciate to choosing the school to make the event and he made their requits to visit the school time to time that can be assist the students to get more knowledge on their religion and to provide copy of holly Qur’an.
