No fewer than 107 graduating students of Mallam Madori Mufia Tailoring Institute has benefited from N1,070 million donation by member house of representing Mallam Madori/ Kaugama Federal Constituency, Hon Makki Abubakar Yalleman.
Speaking shortly after the graduation ceremony of the benefiting students of the institute, Hon. Maki Yalleman said the gesture was part of his continued efforts to make them self reliant with the support of token amount of N10,000 each to enable them take up with their various learnt trades.
Hotpen reports that, the 107 graduating female students of Mallam Madori Mufia Tailoring Institute received training on various trades such as fashion and interior design.
The federal law maker was represented by the Special Adviser to the Jigawa State Governor on Women Education, Hajia Fatima Muhammed Hadejia, commended Hon Makki for his untiring efforts and support both financially and morally to his constituents. “The people of Mallam Madori/ Kaugama Federal Constituency are proud to have Hon. Makki as their representative”. She noted.
According to the S A on Women Education, wife of Jigawa state governor, Hajia Hadiza Umar Namadi pledged the sum of N10,000 to each of the graduating student of the institute as part of her support and to compliment the effort of the Federal Lawmaker.
Hon. Makki commended the proprietor of the Institute, Khadija Ibrahim for the training of female teeming youth on modern fashion design and interior design, assured to continue sponsoring the training of his constituents.
Also speaking, APC women leader, Hajia Bankwai Malam Madori said APC leadership in the state has provided numerous empowerments program to majority of women folks to improve their living standard under Governor Umar Namadi leadership as part of his 12 point agenda.
One of the beneficiaries, thanks Hon. Makki for sponsoring their training as well as given them N10,000 which he described as token but to them is much, added that he has excelled among his colleagues in providing capital and human development to his constituents.
