Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Alhaji Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso, has said the efforts of the Chairman House Committee on Appropriations, Hon. Abubakar Bichi plans to bankrolled no fewer than 21 constituents on foreign scholarship to Malaysia, shows his believes in the wellbeing of Kano and Nigerians in general.
A Former Commissioner in the Government of Ganduje, Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso, said the panned inaugural launching of the first batch of 21 students which will kick off next Wednesday, signifies Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi Human Development concerned more specifically n the area of Education.
He notes that the beneficiaries who would be pursuing 18 months programme on Engineering, Computing Science, and Technology at Universiti Technologi Malaysia (UTM), was well planned to make his Bichi people and indeed Kano citizens professionally reckon with in the scheme of things.
Musa Kwankwaso who applauded the Educational initiatives said that the gesture of Abubakar Bichi does not stop only on education because right now many Women and Youths have been provided with capital for their Businesses and some were trained on skill acquisition.
Kwankwaso, further added that, “looking at choice discipline, you will be convinced that the beneficiaries will be self employed at the end of the 18 months programme.
Kwankwaso, who was full of praise for Abubakar Bichi, further enjoined others within his class to emulate his example to achieve a greater Kano.
