Jigawa state Governor, Muhammad Badaru Abubakar has challenged wealthy individuals in the state to invest in various sectors of the state economy.
The governor made the plea while speaking at Alu Agro Allied Company in Birnin Kudu during the official visit of the minister of information and culture, Alhaji Lai Muhammad, said he was highly impressed and delighted with contributions of Alhaji Farouk Adamu Aliyu Birnin kudu for establishing the gigantic Malam Alu Agro Allied Company in Jigawa State.
According to the governor, Jigawa state government has initiated policies and programs to support President Muhammad Buhari’s Agricultural policy and other sectors of the National economy.
Also speaking minister information and culture, Alhaji Lai Muhammad said the federal government has lunched the Anchor borrower program through the central Bank of Nigeria to support farmers and ensure food security.
Alhaji Lai Muhammad who inspected different sections of Alu Agro Allied Company said this was a clear success of the Agricultural revolution embarked upon by President Muhammad Buhari’s administration.
The minister applauded Alhaji Farouk Adamu Aliyu Birnin kudu for fixing the tallest flying National flag which he described as a sign of patriotism.
