The former Zamfara state governor Abdulaziz Yari who is chairman campaign council of governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle next February election has shade tears over the large turnout of APC supporters he seen in Anka Town the headquarters of Anka local government area of Zamfara state today.
Yari who was asked to give his attention to the crowd of supporters to show their solidarity to him had attracted him to shade tears out of happiness.
In his remarks, Abdulaziz Yari expressed appreciation over the support shown by the APC supporters in Anka.
Yari further admitted that the lingering insecurity as a result of the activities of armed bandits started during his leadership, stressing that if given Matawalle mandate for second term, he will redouble more efforts to ensure restoration of peace across the state.
Abdulaziz Yari called on APC supporters to vote for governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle with a view to enable him provide more dividend of democracy to the citizens and reinvigorating of the state economic growth.
Yari who is also contesting for the Senate representing Zamfara west senatorial zone in the upcoming election, pledged to go every nooks and crannies of his zone to conduct his electioneering campaign and that of governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle for APC victory.
Also speaking, governor Matawalle expressed satisfaction with the unflinching support and turnout of APC supporters during his electioneering campaign promised to to develop the state if given the mandate for second term.
