The management of Abdu Gusau Polytechnic, Talata Mafara, Zamfara State, has Today canceled the papers of three students for violating the school’s policy against bringing phones in to exams hall.
This was stated in a statement released today, January 28, 2023, signed by the examination unit secretary and made available to Hotpen.
The statement revealed that during the ongoing second semester exam, the students “were found with phones in the examination hall.”
Hassan Jabiru, Muhammad Abubakar, and Bashiru Suleiman, both from HND II Micro Biology and ND II Civil Engineering respectively.
It would be recall that the academic board during a meeting ahead of second semester examination resolved unanimously that, any student found with cellphone during examination to enforce will be sanction and face punishment.
