The APC governorship candidate in Adamawa state, Senator Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed Binani expressed confidence that the electronic system of voting introduced by INEC would produce credible and acceptable results.
Binani stated this after casting her vote at polling unit 006 Mbamoi ward in Yola town, Adamawa state observed that the process was simple, smooth and straight forward, “there’s indeed a landmark of improvement in the electoral process”.
She expressed satisfaction with the turnout of voters, describing it as impressive and peaceful.
“The exercise is hitch free, everything is peaceful. You see electorates peacefully conducting themselves without being commanded”.
Despite the Adamawa is a home state of the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, Binani expressed confidence that APC Presidential and National Assembly candidates would emerged victorious.
