March 18 Guber election: Shinkafi, Yuguda canvases support for Matawalle in Zamfara

The former national secretary of the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA also an APC chieftain in Zamfara Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi and former minister of state finance Alh. Bashir Yuguda have anointed Zanfara governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle to be reelected for second term under APC in the next Saturday governorship and states assembly election.
The two Zamfara political gladiators made the pronouncement at the 14 local governments APC stakeholders meeting organized ahead of Saturday election by Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi by Dr. Abdullahi Wamban Shinkafi political movement Thursday.
In his remarks, Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi called on political office holders to ensure APC win in all their respective poling units during the next Saturday election.
According to him, Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle if given the mandate for second term will provide adequate infrastructural development in the state and transform the state socially and economically.
“We shall strive to ensure peaceful election and victory of governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle under APC in Zamfara for continuity to thrive. ” Shinkafi hinted.
He also urged APC supporters to remain law abiding citizens in the state for peaceful conduct of governorship and states assembly election and shun any forms of causing unrest during election.
Also speaking, the former minster of state finance, Alh. Bashir Yuguda Gusau maintained that, APC will win next Saturday governorship election in Zamfara state.
According to him, APC will abide by electoral acts during election for it’s victory next Saturday in the state.
He enjoined members and supporters of APC particularly youth to refrain from any acts of breaching law and order during election and beyond in the state.
