Governor Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has expressed his deep sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the government and people of Kaduna State in the wake of a regrettable incident that occurred on Friday, the 11th August 2023 when some parts of the Zaria Central Mosque caved in and which resulted to some deaths and several worshippers sustaining injuries.
In a statement signed and made available to Hotpen by the
Chief Press Secretary to the Katsina State Governor, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, said the governor offered his prayers to the affected families during this difficult time.
Governor Radda’s message of empathy resonates not only with the Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani but also with the Emir of Zazzau. His Royal Highness, Ambassador Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli.
In a show of unity and solidarity, he extended his sincere sympathies and condolences to both parties, standing by them as they navigate through the challenges that have arisen.
