The Zamfara State Project Coordinator of AGILE Hajia Sa’adatu Abdu Gusau has on Wednesday appealed for invaluable support and cooperation from all captains of education, traditional and religious leaders for the successful implementation of AGILE Project in Zamfara State.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Project Communications Officer Zamfara State AGILE Malam Bashir Kabiru Ahmad Thursday and made available to Hotpen.
The statement contended that Hajia Sa’adatu made the call while fielding questions on a Live (Phone-in) Programme on Vision FM Gusau in commemoration of the 2024 International Day of Education saying that the Project is an all-engaging one that leaves no critical stakeholder behind.
According to her, the project has engagements plans for the key and other relevant stakeholders which will immeasurably drive the implementation process to the aspired level for the improvements of girls education in the state.
She also explains that the expected roles from Civil Society Organisations, community based youths and women associations will be of high impetus to the adolescent girls education.
The Coordinator while describing AGILE Project as Project for All which requires unrelenting commitments from the stakeholders assured that the designed guidelines issued by the Federal Ministry of Education and the World Bank will be strictly adhered to in accordance with the religious and cultural values of the good people of Zamfara State.
Sa’adatu Abdu Gusau further says the support of Governor Dauda Lawal to the AGILE Project is of great value which will continue to make the project most successful amongst other projects across the State.
