Group of terrorist bandits are currently operating in Zurmi Town the headquarters of Zurmi Local Government Council of Zamfara state.
Resident of the area identified as Malam Lawali Zurmi in a telephone interview with our correspondent has said.
According to him, the bandits attacked the local government divisional police station and set it on fire.
“As I am talking to you now, our divisional police station has been set on fire and majority of the people have flee for our safety”. He added.
“And I can tell you that we can see them trooping in their hundred into the town riding motorcycles from where we are hiding in the bush “.
