In a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Katsina State Governor, Ibrahim Mohammed Kaula said the revitalization of the Maryam Babangida Park is in partnership with Omu Resort Limited considering their expertise in developing world-class tourist attractions.
The collaboration will attract more tourists to Katsina, boosting the local economy and putting the city on the global map.
The parks’ revitalization will not only enhance the city’s aesthetic appeal but also create employment opportunities for the local population.
The Executive Director, Katsina State Development Management Board, Dr Kabir Ali Masanawa, in company of Governor Radda’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, and a consultant, Dr Zara Abubakar, took a tour of ongoing rehabilitation work at the Maryam Babangida Tourist Park on Friday.
