The Zamfara elite watch have accused Hon Aminu Sani Jaji member representing Birnin Magajin/Kaura Namoda in Zamfara state at the house of representatives for sponsoring the just protest against the minister of state defense Bello Muhammed Matawalle at the EFCC headquarters in Abuja.

Zamfara elites watch group, Usman Sani Jaji has said in a press statement issued to newsmen in Gusau Wednesday.
“We watched with serious concerns when last Friday we came across a rented crowd and went to the gates of the national headquarters of the EFCC calling for the head of Mr. Bello Mohammed Matawalle,”.
According to him, the parptrators of the protest were paid to come and embarrass the former governor.
“Had the defence stopped at that, one would have given Jaji the benefit of the doubt but he went further to castigate the Minister by vexing his anger on Matawalle after he stubbornly refused to heed to President Bola Tinubu’s plea for him (Jaji) to step down for Speaker Tajuddeen during the run off to the speakership position of the House of Representatives.”
“We expect Jaji to appreciate the contributions of Matawalle to the development of Zamfara State and Nigeria at large.”
“It was Matawalle who, having been chosen as the north western Coordinator of the Tinubu/Shattima Presidential Campaign facilitated the emergence of Jaji as chairman of Contact and Mobilisation committee of the Presidential Campaign Council, yet Jaji still carrying feud against Matawalle for reasons best known to him, turned this act of goodness to negativity.”
He indicated that he has been going after the Minister tooth and nails to see the Minister’s downfall but since the Minister holds no grudge against the member, Jaji’s antics which he revealed in his defence over the protest have always failed.
“Minister Matawalle cannot be distracted by them because he has more important issues at hand which is to secure the country with the support of good Nigerians from insecurity.”
“As an elites group in the state, we are calling on the former governor Matawalle who is the current Minister of State for Defence to look forward with his laudable records of achievement and not join issues with people haunted by envy like Hon. Jaji and his co-travellers for the success of President Tinubu led administration.”
