The Executive committee of APC Birnin Magaji Ward of Birnin Magaji Local Government area, Zamfara State has suspended Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji from the party over anti party during the conduct of 2023 governorship in the state.
Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji is now serving member of the house of representatives representing Birnin Magaji and Kaura Namoda federal constituency.
His suspension according to the letter signed addressed to the state APC Chairman signed by Chairman and secretary APC Birnin Magaji ward, Alh. Bello Lawali Maizogale and Salmanu Umar Tsamiya followed how Hon. Sani Jaji connived with the opposition party and mastermind the disenfranchisement of thousands of APC supporters in four wards of APC stronghold in Birnin Magaji Local Government area which included, Gora, Kiyawa, Nasarawa Godel East and Damfami/Sabon birni Wards.
According to them, an eight men fact finding and investigation committee, and seven men Disciplinary committee was constituted to investigate the allegations against Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji.
They further stated that a formal invitation letter attached with the copy of the said allegations was sent on the 15th June 2023 to Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji requesting him to appear before it and to respond to such allegations against him lamented that despite receiving such invitation and copy of the allegations, he refused and neglected to appear before the Birnin Magaji Ward constituted Disciplinary committee.
They challenged Hon. Jaji over his recent Political romance with the PDP led Government in Zamfara State, stressed that it exposed his complicity, which are offences contrary to provisions of section 21 (2) of the APC Constitution 2022 (As amended).
