The Kano State Amirul Hajj, Deputy Governor Comr. Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, has arrived in Saudi Arabia to lead 3,110 pilgrims in the Hajj exercise.
The pilgrims, supported by the Kano State government, are being provided with comfortable accommodation, meals, and healthcare services.
After spending four days in Medina, they have departed for Mecca to perform the Umrah and await the Arafat exercise.
This year’s Hajj marks a significant milestone in the state’s efforts to support its citizens in performing this important religious duty.
Ibrahim Garba Shuaibu, the Head of Media Team for Kano State pilgrims and also the spokesperson of the Deputy Governor of Kano State revealed that the pilgrims are being supported by the Kano State government to ensure a seamless and spiritual experience.
The pilgrims, who came from all walks of life, are united in their quest for spiritual enlightenment and a deeper connection with their faith. They are being led by a team of experienced officials, who are dedicated to ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.
