HOTPEN – As part of its efforts in responding to and addressing beneficiaries/clients complaints in accessing health care services, Yobe State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) task force team has, within the week visited the Yobe State University Teaching Hospital (YSUTH) Damaturu in order to address some of the difficulties being experienced by YSCHMA enrollees.
The visit to the hospital is also part of continuous efforts by the agency in strengthening the contributory healthcare scheme implementation by Healthcare Providers in YSCHMA engaged and accredited health facilities across the state.
During the visit, the YSCHMA task force team were able to address the problem and enrollee complaints with the support and cooperation of the staff of the health facility.
The team was led by the Director of Standard and Quality Assurance of the agency, Dr Isah Adamu. Other members of the team include the head of contact and call centre, Mukhtar Alhaji Bukar and the head of information and public relations unit of the agency, Suleiman Gambo Yusuf Bakoro among others.
YSCHMA under the dedicated, committed, and able leadership of the innovative Executive Secretary of the agency, Dr Babagana Tijjani will continue to ensure that nothing is left behind in ensuring that YSCHMA enrollees continue to access quality health care service.
