Azare based Nationwide Crime Fighter, Ahmed Muhammed Qwara says unless parents keep track on the activities of their children, they may not fancy the outcome of their future for the fact that these days a large number of the youth engage in drugs and Petty crimes while their parents and guardians are looking the other way.
Speaking with the HOTPEN in Azare, the Successor to Late prominent Crime Combatant Ali Muhammed Qwara of blessed memory, who is also his bloodline, disclosed that almost on daily basis, his team take charge of scores of youths apprehended for drugs and Petty crimes in many places in Bauchi State, expressing concern that without parental rehabilitation, these young people may eventually harden up in crimes, rendering national peace insecure.
Ahmed Muhammed Qwara said he works in harmony with the Police to fish out criminals of all sorts which the Police always prosecute in courts of law, commending the Bauchi State Governor Bala Abdulkadir Muhammed; Inspector General of the Nigeria Police Force and his Royal Highness, the Emir of Katagum, Alhaji Umar Kabir Umar for their moral supports towards the task of restoring peace in the society.
The Crime Combatant revealed that of recent, he had assisted the Police in netting many armed criminals when they were actively planning and executing plots to perpetuate kidnapping activities in Bauchi and neighboring States thereby establishing peace in the affected places.
When asked of any hitch that can deter the success in combating crimes in the Country, the Young agile Patriot regretfully said many big time criminals have become so rich that when ever they are arrested and tried in court, they pay their lawyers exhorbitant fees to arrange for their bail, enabling them to Stage back into crime with confidence.
He admitted that the work is very challenging technically and financially but assured that he and the team will remain undaunted and focused in maintaining the legacy left by the late Ali Muhammed Qwara, believing that with the usual prayers of the good public and their contributions with valuable information, criminals will continue to remain on the loosing side. “There is no stepping aside for criminals to continue with their crimes.” He concluded with Courageous resolve exuding the positive aura seen in his late elder brother by those who knew him very well.
