The state government had constituted a committee on the matter where the embattle NLC chairman was among the committee to share the allocation among the beneficiaries but diverted the allocation to majority of his members.
According to source in the state ministry of land and housing who pleaded anonymity told journalists that no official from the ministry was appointed to be even member of the plots allocation committee.
According to him, the ministry was given six plots out of the said over 100 allocated by the state governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle.
