The war on Gaza has been on for 134 days now with heavy casualties, destructions and “Collateral Damages” that defy sensibilities, humanity and logical decorum in a clear mark of mass genocide. This is at a time the when Germany Munich Three-Day Security Conference calls for an end to Israel’s brutal assaults and occupation of Gaza.
Hunger, starvation and despairs seem to be imminent as agricultural land in Gaza is under siege and destructions. Malnourished children, women and the aged (including the sick) are desperate for survival as the situation keeps worsening by the day while the world seems to be hamstrung.
Global protests against Israel continue to heighten as Mexicans now boldly and loudly speak against the inhuman and illegal carnage, destructions of the occupied and displaced Palestinians. This is also coming at a time when Olaf Schultz of Germany pushes for humanitarian aid be allowed in to Gaza.
As Israel is not well sanctioned, and keeps on getting the green light from the US, the brutal carnage and genocide will seemingly continue to rage.
The Palestinians have been in this ordeal for 75 years, as Israel and the US have no iota of respect for International principles and laws, the situation may escalate and mature in to a Third World War quagmire.
Interestingly, protests in Tel Aviv continue to gather momentum by the day against Netanyahu’s dogged and racist policy and agenda. The protesters keep on demanding for his resignation as elections approach soon.
As Netanyahu continues to decline calls for sensibilities, describing Hamas’ demands as ‘ridiculous’, while justifying his deeds in Gaza, former Judicial Reform Movement members continue to pressure Netanyahu and Gantz to cease fire and be responsible and obey International calls and principles.
Ismael Haniyya – Hamas’ head of Political wing stresses for immediate cease fire, return of the displaced to their homes and the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
Sheikh AbdulRahman Al Thani- Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Secretary said the humanitarian situation in Gaza is, dire and difficult to navigate – thus, called for wisdom , decorum and responsive sensibilities.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has last week declined South Africa’s request for additional provisional measures against Israel, but stressed that the situation in Rafah demands the implementation order issued last week.
As Netanyahu vows to take the war in Rafah to the end, the over 1.4 million displaced civilians will be moved further north to Khan Younus even as fighting continues to rage at the vast expense of International justice, freedom and peace, while the ‘world leaders’ are silently busy licking the wounds in a pathetic and sympathetic passion.
